  • How long does it take to set up and get started with Nuture Call's services
    For any new clients, we need 4 business days to properly set up and get started. This includes script creation, data coordination, building an account in our system and training the team. We strive to ensure that the onboarding process is thorough and tailored to each client's specific needs, allowing for a smooth and successful integration of our services into your business operations.
  • Where is your team located?
    We are 100% Australian based, predominantly out of Melbourne. We believe in building strong teams with localised property people. We have been around for over 10 years. We're trusted by some Australia's top tier companies.
  • Can I work with Nuture Call to develop a script for our campaigns?
    Yes absolutely. Nuture Call can work alongside you to develop a script for every campaign you run. We offer comprehensive engagement that include any necessary run-throughs with the callers. Additionally, you are welcome meet our team to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration. Our goal is to ensure that your campaign is executed effectively and professionally, and we are dedicated to providing the support and resources you need to achieve your goals.
  • What CRM systems do you work with?
    We can work with all major Real Estate CRM systems. Some system may require initial on boarding through our 3rd party provider.

    We find the best responses are usually had from mobile numbers, but we can also use localised landline numbers if preferred.

    All data is securely warehoused in AWS Australia, protected by highly secure, ISO certified IT environment compliant with all cyber, privacy & data security requirements. All clients data is segragated and remains the property of the orginal Agency.
